When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery is 2–4 business days from dispatch, and we dispatch within 24 hours on weekdays. Clothing, houseware, and partyware ship from different facilities, so a mixed order may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship across India, with metro delivery in 2–4 days and the rest of the country in 4–7. International shipping is on the roadmap — write to us and we'll tell you the moment it opens.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't left the facility — message us within a few hours of ordering and we'll reroute it. Once a parcel is with the courier, the address can't be changed mid-transit.

How do I track my order?

Every dispatch email carries a tracking link, and the same status lives under Account → Orders. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, message us and we'll chase the courier.

How long do I have to return something?

30 days from delivery, unused and with tags on. Every box carries a prepaid return label, so you never pay to send something back.

No — returns are free within the 30-day window using the label in your box. Exchanges for a different size travel the same free route.

Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, refunds land in 3–5 working days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are usually faster.

How do I find my size?

Every clothing page carries a size guide measured in centimetres, and the fit notes say whether a piece runs relaxed or close. Between sizes? Size down for knits, up for structured blazers.

Do sizes run true across all ranges?

Womenswear and menswear follow the same block, and matching sets are cut so both pieces agree. If a product deviates, the deviation is called out on its page — never buried.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — start a return and place a fresh order for the new size, or message us and we'll link the two so the exchange ships before the return lands.

Is the stoneware dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes — all stoneware and ceramic is glazed for daily use and handles the dishwasher, microwave, and oven up to 220°C. Hand-washing keeps the glaze newer for longer, but nothing will fail on you.

Every houseware page lists height, width, depth, and weight, plus capacity in litres where it applies. The dimension guide in the footer explains how we measure.

What if my order arrives broken?

Send a photo within 7 days and a replacement ships free — no return needed for damaged pieces. Breakage in transit is on us, always.

How far ahead should I order for an event?

Order at least 7 days before the event so a replacement has time to reach you if anything arrives damaged. For weddings and large orders, give us two weeks and we'll plan the dispatch around your date.

Do you sell in bulk for large events?

Yes — tableware, balloons, and favours have bulk pricing from 50 pieces up. Message us with the headcount and date and we'll put a quote together within a day.

Are balloons and disposables eco-friendly?

Our balloons are natural latex and biodegradable, and tableware is reusable stoneware or compostable bagasse — no single-use plastic anywhere in the range.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards, UPI, netbanking, and major wallets at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for orders under ₹5,000 in serviceable pincodes.

How do I delete my account?

Message us from your account email and we'll delete your profile within 30 days. Order records required by tax law are retained, everything else goes.
