Using Palki Marketplace
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Account details must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private.
Products & pricing
We publish what things cost and never inflate a list price to make a discount look bigger. If a pricing error slips through, we will contact you before dispatch — you can always cancel for a full refund.
Orders & payment
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order number. We accept cards, UPI, netbanking, and major wallets, with cash on delivery on eligible orders.
Shipping & delivery
Orders dispatch within 24 hours on weekdays and arrive in 2–4 business days in metros, 4–7 elsewhere. Mixed orders may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.
Returns
Unused items with tags on can be returned within 30 days using the prepaid label in your box, and refunds land in 3–5 working days. Items marked Final sale are excluded.
Fair use
Reviews must reflect genuine experience, and accounts used for fraud, abuse of returns, or automated scraping may be suspended. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
