Refund policy

Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items with tags on. Items marked Final sale, worn pieces, and washed items are excluded.
Starting a return
Every box carries a prepaid return label — pack the item, stick the label on, and hand it to any courier pickup point. No account message needed, though telling us speeds up the exchange.
Refund timelines
Once the return passes inspection, refunds land in 3–5 working days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are usually faster; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Exchanges
For a different size, place a fresh order and return the original — or message us and we'll link the two so the exchange ships before the return lands.
Damaged items
Send a photo within 7 days and a replacement ships free with no return needed. Breakage in transit is on us, always.
