Shipping policy

Dispatch
Orders placed on weekdays leave the facility within 24 hours. Weekend orders dispatch on Monday morning.
Delivery timelines
Metros receive orders in 2–4 business days, the rest of the country in 4–7. Clothing, houseware, and partyware ship from different facilities, so a mixed order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, a flat $4.95 applies at checkout — shown before you pay, never after.
Tracking
Every dispatch email carries a tracking link, mirrored under Account → Orders. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, message us and we'll chase the courier.
Address changes
Message us within a few hours of ordering and we'll reroute a parcel that hasn't left the facility. Once it is with the courier, the address can't be changed mid-transit.
International
Right now we ship across India only. International shipping is on the roadmap — write to us and we'll tell you the moment it opens.
